Being Aware of the increase temperature with time Terra Tile has developed a new product for your heat proofing needs. Available in different colors and an amazing smooth surface, these tiles reduce heat absorption up to 10 degree and are ideal for both commercial and residential installations.

  • Size: 16″ x 16″ 45mm
  • Compressive Strength 60-100 Mpa
  • Tensile Strength 6-15 Mpa
  • Forst resistance (Freeze- thaw durability over 500 Cycle) (F 500-Freezing at -20 and thawing in +20 C)
  • Water absorption less than 3%
  • Wear ability less than 0.4 g/Sq.cm

Slight variation in color is normal with product:

  • Other special colors may be also produced for large order, min. 500 sq.m

    • Series-2

    Lightweight insulation roof tile made from a combination thermopore and cellular concrete also known as aerated concrete. Insulation tiles are available with cement concrete topping in variety of colors including shades of terra cotta, beige and other oxide pigments. Insulation tiles are also available with terrazzo topping that can be grinded and polished after installation, ideal for areas such as exposed terrace and rooftops.

    Composite roof insulation tiles provides following benefits

    • Excellent finish in variety of cement color finish and terrazzo finish
    • Double insulation of cellular concrete and thermopore
    • Lightweight
    • Absorption less than 2%
    • Concrete compressive strength, approximately 3,000 psi
    • Micro reinforcement with high strength synthetic fiber
